Everything was simply excellent. The stay here was good for a different experience. The hotel had a central location and it was within walking distance of Collins Circle.

It made our trip to Albany a perfect 10/10 experience. The staff was EXCEPTIONAL and we loved continental breakfast. It was nice having a refrigerator, a sofa bed and an iron. Late check out too.

It was clean with great customer service.

the staff and location were fine, i enjoyed it. the bed was soft and it was great having coffee, microwave and fridge. there were very good internet and ample parking available. convenient access to the fantastic beach located near the venue.

I stayed here for 1 night and loved my choice. Fairly clean place, helpful staff, absolutely perfect location. My room was non-smoking ; I had facilities needed and 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed.

Facilities were good, even so Wi-Fi was very poor.

Responsive staff and a savoury breakfast including plenty of cereals, fresh bread, scrambled eggs, cheese and pastries. The bar area was exquisite, I really enjoyed it. The staff did all they can for the best stay.

We loved this place, everything was fine! Hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine and cheap with plenty of options. Early check-in too.

By and large, it was useful base for sightseeing in Albany, had much fun. My room included bbc and power sockets. The wooden furniture and comfortable beds. Had no problem using their complimentary parking, the internet was excellent.

Regular place, affable staff, particularly good views. They made my stay amazing.

It was as expected, had an absolutely amazing stay. I liked the amicable staff and good hot breakfasts. Awesome location, 20 minutes' drive from Albany International airport. Big beds, a dishwasher, an iron and an electronic key card were a nice touch. The hotel took care of the exceptional service too.

Really loved that we had cable channels, ironing facilities and a writing table in the king suite. Besides, it has a free parking and free Wi Fi. Relaxing base for 2 nights.

Moreover, free Wi-Fi is available. Altogether it was good value though.

Excellant 3-star experience. Room was big, bigger then in most Albany hotels. Moreover, it was great to have free Wi Fi. It was really good value.

No complaints whatsoever with the hotel...
